Activities are the true essence of Kactus - it's what brings strangers together to create - to discover & to work on oneself through the collective.

I started making wire wrapped jewlery during the pandemic as hospitality industry closed and I had to find a way to occupy my hands and make some funds - its only 5 years later I've started to open my materials and techniques to others.
The only logical next step is to share your skills and passions - to see how it resonates ..
Working with copper has taught me patience - made me loose my concept of time & connected me closer with the elements.

It's so beautiful to see what people create and come up with in only one 2hr session - each piece is so individually unique - that is the true magic. We all start with the same base: a piece of copper electric wire and a Quartz point (pai province).

You then get to take home a talisman- pendant - keyring - anything you can think of - it's the intention you put into that counts.

All of the workshops at Kactus are truly inspiring in their own special way - everyone from the team bring something different to the space that we call home - and that other come to enjoy (sometimes for extended periods of time!)

From Yoga- Pranayama - Qigong - Workouts - Interpretational Dance - Art Therapy - Ta**ra, Tarot, Astrology Initiation - Family Constellations - Crystals & Copper - Language Classes - Pop-up Treasure Hunts - Jungle Treks - Plankton Tours - Sauna & Ice Bath - the list goes on...

This "go at your own pace retreat" is really wonderful because there is no need to be anyone else - except yourself. Lunch at the Floating Fishing Village 🐟

Departure from Kactus at 11 AM by boat.

We visit a rare cultural experience, a local floating fishing village, where you can meet the community, discover how floating life really is, choose your own fresh fish, and enjoy lunch right there by the water.

After lunch, we head back to Kactus with a peaceful jungle walk through the island.
