នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ទី២ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៅសាលាជាតិគយ នៃអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានគយនិងរដ្ឋាករកម្ពុជា ឯកឧត្តម ហូ ស៊ីវយ៉ុង ប្រតិភូរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាទទួលបន្ទុកជា អគ្គនាយកនៃអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានសេវាពាណិជ្ជកម្មនៃក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានចូលរួមជាវាគ្មិនកិត្តិយស ក្នុងវេទិកាស្តីពី ”ការវិនិយោគ និងការធ្វើពាណិជ្ជកម្មជាមួយសហរដ្ឋអាម៉េរិក” ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពរបស់ ឯកឧត្តម ស៊ុន ចាន់ថុល ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី អនុប្រធានទី១ ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា។
វេទិកានេះក៏មានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពី ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីប្រតិភូអមនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី អគ្គនាយកនៃអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានគយនិងរដ្ឋាករកម្ពុជា, អ្នកឧកញ៉ាប្រធានសភាពាណិជ្ជកម្មកម្ពុជា, ឯកឧត្តមអគ្គលេខាធិការនៃគណៈកម្មាធិការវិនិយោគកម្ពុជានៃក.អ.ក., ឯកឧត្តមទីប្រឹក្សាផ្ទាល់សម្តេចធិបតីនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី, លោកប្រធានសភាពាណិជ្ជកម្មអាម៉េរិកប្រចាំកម្ពុជា រួមជាមួយថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្ដ្រីពីក្រសួង-ស្ថាប័ន និងវិស័យឯកជនពាក់ព័ន្ធជាច្រើនផ្សេងទៀត ផងដែឬ។
វេទិកាស្តីពី «ការវិនិយោគ និងការធ្វើពាណិជ្ជកម្មជាមួយសហរដ្ឋអាម៉េរិក» ត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងផ្សព្វផ្សាយអំពីកាលានុវត្តភាព ច្បាប់និងបទបញ្ញត្តិដែលមានជាធរមាន ដល់វិស័យឯកជន ក្នុងការវិនិយោគ និងធ្វើពាណិជ្ជកម្មជាមួយសហរដ្ឋអាម៉េរិក ដើម្បីចូលរួមចំណែកបង្ការនិងទប់ស្កាត់បទល្មើស បន្លំដើមកំណើតទំនិញ សម្រាប់ការនាំចេញទៅកាន់ទីផ្សារសហរដ្ឋអាម៉េរិក ក៏ដូចជាផ្ដល់ឱកាសសម្រាប់អ្នករៀបចំគោលនយោបាយ និងវិស័យឯកជន ដើម្បីពិភាក្សាអំពីប្រធានបទដែលមានសារៈសំខាន់ដើម្បីរក្សា ពង្រឹងនិងពង្រីកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងវិនិយោគជាមួយសហរដ្ឋអាម៉េរិក រួមជាមួយនឹងការដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាប្រឈមនានារបស់វិស័យឯកជន។

(Phnom Penh): On the morning of Thursday, 2 October 2025, at the Customs National School of the General Department of Customs and Excise of Cambodia, His Excellency HO Sivyong, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in Charge as Director General of the General Directorate of Trade Support Services of the MOC, attended as a panelist in the Forum on “Investment and Trade with the United States,” presided over by His Excellency SUN Chanthol, Deputy Prime Minister and First Vice-Chairman of the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC).
The forum was attended by the Minister Attached to the Prime Minister and Director General of the General Department of Customs and Excise of Cambodia, Neak Oknha, the President of the Cambodia Chamber of Commerce, the Secretary General of the Cambodian Investment Board of CDC, the Personal Adviser to the Prime Minister, the President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia, together with leaders and officials from various ministries, institutions, and relevant private sector stakeholders.
The forum on "Investment and Trade with the United States" was organized with the objective of raising awareness among the private sector regarding the current legal frameworks and regulations governing investment and trade with the United States. The forum also aimed to contribute to the prevention and deterrence of origin fraud in goods exported to the U.S. market, as well as to provide an opportunity for policymakers and the private sector to discuss key issues in order to maintain, strengthen, and expand trade and investment relations with the United States, while also addressing existing challenges from the private sector.
