Brief was old school 80s/90s metal. TV-headed suits on a pulpit, crowd holding up phones instead of lighters. Writes itself really.

Competition brief: recreate a child's artwork as a professional piece. Ended up with a battle-worn mech and a kid who clearly has no concerns about it. Fun project.

Throwing it back to 2022. Single cover for Sunset by Philip Solo. Still one of those pieces where the concept did the heavy lifting.

Bottle label for — a Cambodian meadery doing something genuinely interesting.

The brief called for something high-end and illustrative. I went with an Apsara wearing a beehive headdress, art deco structure, luxury textures. It's the kind of brief you don't turn down.

There's something satisfying about seeing your work end up on a physical product. Especially one this good.

Personal piece , image manipulation. An Apsara dancer pushed through a vaporwave filter.

Living in Phnom Penh does something to the way you see things. Ancient iconography everywhere, but the city itself is neon and noise and new money. I wanted to see what happened when those two worlds collided.

Turns out they get along just fine.

Cover art for SCHC Studios single 'Remembering You' — a tribute to two friends we lost, Craig and Kynan.

The brief was completely open. A tribute. Do whatever you want.

I didn't want to make something heavy. I wanted it to feel like they were still here, so they're at the pub, holding beers, Craig with that expression on his face that anyone who knew him will recognise immediately.

Some of the best briefs are the ones that give you room to move. This one meant a lot to get right.
