CSDC, in collaboration with its local partner, conducted a financial literacy and soft-skills training session on 8 May 2026 in Angk Snuol. The session brought together community members of various ages to strengthen their knowledge and practical skills for improved livelihood opportunities.
The training covered key financial literacy topics such as basic budgeting, saving habits, responsible spending, and understanding financial decision-making. Participants were guided through examples relevant to their daily lives to help them better manage household finances and plan for the future.
In addition to financial topics, the program also introduced essential soft skills, including communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and personal responsibility. These skills aim to help participants become more confident and capable in both community and workplace environments.
This training is part of CSDC’s ongoing commitment to empowering local communities through education, capacity-building, and sustainable development initiatives.
