1. Leasing Executive (2 Positions)
Priority: Young both male and female aged 18–24 with strong communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
• Assist clients in finding suitable condominium units, apartments, and commercial spaces.
• Present available properties professionally to potential tenants
• Build strong relationships with landlords and property owners.
• Manage property viewings, schedule appointments, and follow up with prospects
• Maintain accurate property listings and update availability.
• Prepare leasing documents and assist in the contract process.
• Report daily activity to the team leader or manager.
Requirements
• young aged 18–24 are highly prioritized.
• Strong communication, confidence, and a customer-friendly attitude.
• Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus (training will be provided).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Priority: Young ladies aged 18–24 who are active on social media and passionate about real estate.
Job Responsibilities
• Promote real estate projects on Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, and other platforms.
• Create creative marketing content (photos, videos, captions) to attract buyers.
• Communicate with potential clients, answer inquiries, and schedule property viewings.
• Present condo projects and explain price, location, unit types, and installment options.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and investors.
• Attend marketing campaigns, site visits, and company events.
Requirements
• Female candidates aged 18–24 are highly prioritized
• Strong communication, confident personality, and ability to present in front of camera (optional but a big plus).
• Social media skills: page, TikTok, Messenger, Telegram.
• Willing to learn, energetic, and fast-thinking.
• No experience required (training provided).
