អ្នកនាំពាក្យក្រសួងការពារជាតិ៖ កម្ពុជា ប្រកាសទាត់ចោលចំពោះព័ត៌មានភូតកុហក ប្រឌិត ដោយសារព័ត៌មានថៃ និងអ្នកនាំពាក្យកងទ័ពជើងគោកថៃ ដោយបានចោទប្រកាន់កម្ពុជាថាបានប្រើប្រាស់ អាវុធធុនធ្ងន់ គឺម៉ីស៊ីលរយៈចម្ងាយឆ្ងាយ PHL 03 ដែលការផ្សព្វផ្សាយនេះ គឺដើម្បីបំភ័ន្តប្រជាជនខ្លួនឯងផង និងសហគមន៍អន្តរជាតិផង។ ខ្ញុំសូមបញ្ជាក់ជាថ្មីថា កម្ពុជាមិនទាន់មានភាពចាំបាច់ណាមួយក្នុងការប្រើប្រាស់ម៉ីស៊ីល PHL 03 នៅឡើយទេ។
Cambodia strongly rejects the false and fabricated claims made by Thai media and a Thai army spokesperson accusing Cambodia of using heavy weapons, specifically the long-range PHL 03 missiles. This propaganda is intended to mislead both their own citizens and the international community. I would like to reaffirm that Cambodia has had no reason to deploy the PHL 03 missiles.
