This is called the top brained person who is skilled in cheating.
Recently, after many of the plans of convict Sam Rainsy have dissolved like salt in water, it is now clear that
Convict Sam Rainsy has started a new trick again, namely preparing the head of a foreign government by announcing his name as the head of the leadership and appointing a monkey as the Deputy Prime Minister of his fictitious Ministry of Aerospace. This arrangement can be seen as likely that convict Sam Rainsy and using his own proclamation to deceive all those who love the status he wants, the role of leader of small and large ministries, which is a drawing by the convict himself, paying money to the convict, using his image as a contribution to join under various reasons with him.
The President of the Khmer Economic Development Party said that he, as a Khmer, would like to appeal to all Cambodian brothers and sisters, both male and female, whether in the country or abroad, to be careful about the cheating plan of convict Sam Rainsy, because if his plan is revealed, the next step will clearly be to organize the collection of money into boxes or sacks prepared by convict Sam Rainsy, using the image, appointment or assignment of this position to that position according to his imagination to cheat.
Mr. Huon Chanthon said that if, when Sam Rainsy himself cheated money from people around him, he had already succeeded, but his appointment and the people around him could not accept what Sam Rainsy promised, then clearly Sam Rainsy really had to push all the mistakes onto the Royal Government of Cambodia to take over for him, and he himself could have gotten away with it. That is, Sam Rainsy's cheating plan was to get a lot of money and escape responsibility. Just by turning the case against the Cambodian government, his plan would change.
The President of the Khmer Economic Development Party calls on all Cambodians to be careful about Sam Rainsy's cheating plan, because you may run out of money and even waste your life time doing nothing without getting results.
