Rin Sokreth is the Founder & CEO of Sokreth & Piphear Cosmetics Co., Ltd., the parent company of the PHEAR PREMIUM haircare product brand. Born and raised by his poor farmer parents, Sokreth has been an education-loving boy since he was young. Dreaming one day of saving his parents and his whole family from the deep, poor economic situation, Sokreth decided to leave his parents to pursue education

far from his family when he was 14 years old. Upon graduating from the Department of Media and Communication (DMC) in 2015, Sokreth Rin embarked on a successful career as a Senior News Reporter for PNN Television. His courageous coverage of political and social issues earned him recognition and established his credibility in the field. In 2016, he co-founded the TV show' Mission of the Week,' a platform for innovative storytelling on social issues, environmental conservation, and good governance. This venture, which garnered millions of views, was a precursor to his entrepreneurial success. Quach, Sokreth Rin co-founded the online TV platform MJQTV. As a founding producer, he created popular shows such as 'Mengly J. Quach's Ideal Practices' and 'MY LIFE,' achieving over 120 million views on Facebook and YouTube within two years. In 2020, Sokreth and his wife, Piphear, launched their cosmetics company, Sokreth & Piphear Cosmetics Co., Ltd. The company has swiftly risen to become one of Cambodia's leading online retailers and wholesalers of cosmetics, a testament to the high-quality products it offers under the PHEAR PREMIUM brand. These include PHEAR PREMIUM Hydrating Shampoo and Conditioner, PHEAR PREMIUM Anti-Hair Loss Shampoo, PHEAR PREMIUM Moroccan Argan Oil, and PHEAR PREMIUM Hair Growth Serum.
