พี่น้องชาวไทยที่เคารพรักทุกท่าน
ขอให้พี่น้องโปรดรับฟังด้วยความตั้งใจ
เมื่อสงครามใหญ่ปะทุขึ้น
สิ่งที่เราจะได้รับคือการสูญเสียชีวิตผู้คนนับแสน นับล้าน
ครอบครัวแตกแยก เด็กต้องกำพร้า
ไม่ว่าจะเป็นทหารไทย ประชาชนไทย พี่น้องชาวสุรินทร์
หรือทหารกัมพูชา และประชาชนกัมพูชา
ทุกฝ่ายต่างต้องสูญเสียเหมือนกันทั้งสองด้าน
คำถามคือ…เราได้อะไรกลับคืนมา?
คำตอบคือ “ความตาย” ทั้งทหารไทยและทหารกัมพูชา
ดังนั้น เราควรแก้ไขปัญหาตามกระบวนการทางกฎหมาย
เพื่อไม่ให้มีใครต้องตายอีก
พี่น้องชาวไทย และผู้นำทุกระดับของประเทศไทยที่เคารพรัก
ผมเข้าใจดีว่า
กองทัพไทยมีพลังและศักยภาพ
แต่ทหารทุกคนก็ล้วนเป็นพี่น้องชาวไทย
และเป็นพี่น้องที่มีสายสัมพันธ์ร่วมกับชาวสุรินทร์
กัมพูชาและไทยเปรียบเหมือนพี่น้องที่เกิดมาคู่กัน
หากตรวจ DNA จริง ๆ จะพบว่าพี่น้องสุรินทร์กับชาวกัมพูชามีสายเลือดร่วมกันมานาน
เราต่างเคารพและรักใคร่กันมาโดยตลอด
พี่น้องชาวไทยเคารพพระพุทธศาสนา
กัมพูชาก็เคารพพระพุทธศาสนาเช่นกัน
เหตุใดเราจึงต้องฆ่าฟันกัน?
หากผู้นำของไทย
รักชีวิตมนุษย์ รักชีวิตประชาชน ยึดมั่นในพระพุทธศาสนา
และเข้าใจถึงความสูญเสียของประชาชนและทหาร
เพียงเลือกใช้กระบวนการทางกฎหมายระหว่างประเทศ
ทุกอย่างก็จะยุติลงได้
ไม่มีสงคราม
ไม่มีผู้เสียชีวิต
ไม่มีเด็กกำพร้า ไม่มีพ่อแม่ต้องสูญเสียลูก
เราซึ่งอยู่ติดพรมแดนกัน
ควรให้อภัยและอดทนต่อกัน
ดังนั้น พี่น้องชาวกัมพูชาและไทย
พรมแดนของเรามีปรากฏชัดในแผนที่
กัมพูชาและไทยควรร่วมกันแก้ไขปัญหาผ่านกระบวนการของศาลยุติธรรมระหว่างประเทศ (ICJ)
แน่นอนว่า
ผู้นำและประชาชนชาวไทยมีเหตุผลที่ไม่ต้องการสูญเสียแผ่นดินแม้แต่มิลลิเมตรเดียว
และผู้นำกับประชาชนกัมพูชาก็ไม่อาจยอมเสียแผ่นดินแม้แต่มิลลิเมตรเดียวเช่นกัน
กัมพูชาตระหนักดีว่า
ประเทศไทยมีพลังทางทหารและเศรษฐกิจที่แข็งแกร่ง
แต่คำถามคือ
กัมพูชาจะสามารถยกดินแดนให้ไทยได้หรือไม่?
คำตอบคือ “ไม่ได้”
และจะปกป้องจนถึงลมหายใจสุดท้าย
เรื่องทั้งหมดนี้
เราควรนำไปแก้ไขตามกระบวนการทางกฎหมาย
ที่ศาลยุติธรรมระหว่างประเทศ (ICJ)
เพียงเท่านี้ก็จะยุติปัญหาได้แล้ว

When a large-scale war explodes what will we gain?
Hundreds, thousands, millions of people may die.
Families will be apart.
Children will become orphans.
Whether they are Thai soldiers, Thai civilians, Khmer Surin
or Cambodian soldiers and Cambodian people, on both sides will die.
The question is: what do we gain in return, when the war happens?
The answer is death — Thai and Cambodian soldiers dying.
We must resolve this by respecting the law so that no one loses their life.
Dear Thai people , leaders at all levels of Thailand,
I know that Thai military leaders rely on military power and armed forces.
But all of those soldiers are Thai people, and Khmer People.
Cambodia and Thailand are almost the same.
If we check DNA, Surin Khmer people surely share the same blood.
In the past, our people respected and loved each other very much.
Thai people respect Buddhism,
and Cambodians also respect Buddhism.
Why, then, we must kill each other?
If Thailand’s leaders truly love human life,
care about their people,
and follow Buddhism,
they will understand the pain of death and separation among civilians and soldiers.
Simply resolving this matter through international legal law.
It would end without death.
There would be:
No war
No deaths
No children becoming orphans
No families being apart
We live side by side and must show tolerance and compassion to one another.
Our borders already exist on the map.
Cambodia and Thailand should go together to resolve this issue at the International Court of Justice (ICJ).
It is true that Thai leaders and people have reasons
not to lose even one millimeter of their territory.
Likewise, Cambodian leaders and people
do not want to lose any land as well.
Cambodia understands that
Thailand has strong military power and a large economy.
But the question is:
Can Cambodia give its land to Thailand?
The answer is no — we will fight to the very last breath to protect our land.
Therefore, this issue should be resolved through legal means
at the International Court of Justice (ICJ),
and this is the best way to end the matter peacefully.
