puchea since 1993 until his death in 2015. Later, Pen Media Group, CEN (Cambodia Express News) was approved by H.E Khieu Kanharith, Minister of Information, to transfer all its control from Miss. Currently, Pen Media Group, CEN (Cambodia Express News), is run by Ms. Chip Yutheary, the owner, according to the statement of the Ministry of Information, letter 319, dated June 25, 2019, signed by H.E Khieu Kanharith, Minister of Information
