It has two main teaching buildings known as FML's Campus in Khan Daunpenh . The distance between each campus is about ten-minute driving. The administrative head office remained on both campuses. The Faculty initially focused its training programs on two specific fields: Management and Law which offered the two-year associate and the four-year bachelor degrees related to both fields. As the number

of learners has significantly increased, FML has expanded its training programs. Eventually, it has completely transformed to become a university and took the name as Build Bright University (BBU) in 2002. The third and biggest campus, Tonle Basak Campus, has emerged on the most public concentrated area along the Tonle Basac river in Khan Chamkarmon. The university's head office has then moved to locate on this campus. Today, the three campuses have over 12,000 students enrolled in different courses among six Faculties: Business Management, Tourism & Hospitality, Sciences & Technologies, Education & Languages, Law & Social Sciences, and Foundation year.
