នៅច្រកទ្វារព្រំដែនអន្តរជាតិព្រំ ខេត្តប៉ៃលិន វេលាម៉ោង ១០:០០ នាទីព្រឹក ថ្ងៃទី៣១ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥នេះ យោធិនកម្ពុជាទាំង ១៨រូប ដែលបានស្ថិតក្រោមការឃុំគ្រងរបស់ភាគីថៃអស់រយៈពេល ១៥៥ថ្ងៃមកហើយ ត្រូវបានដោះលែង និងបញ្ជូនត្រឡប់មកមាតុប្រទេសវិញ ដោយសុខសុវត្ថិភាព។ សូមគូសបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថា ការដោះលែងយោធិនកម្ពុជាចំនួន ១៨រូបត្រឡប់មកកម្ពុជាវិញ គឺធ្វើឡើងក្រោមការឯកភាពគ្នារវាងកម្ពុជានិងថៃ នៅក្នុងសេចក្តីប្រកាសរួមនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំពិសេសលើកទី៣ នៃគណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនទូទៅ (GBC) រវាងព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងព្រះរាជាណាចក្រថៃ ដែលត្រូវបានចុះហត្ថលេខាកាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ក្នុងចំនុចទី១១ ដែលបានកំណត់ថា បន្ទាប់ពីការគោរពយ៉ាងពេញលេញក្នុងរយៈពេល ៧២ម៉ោងនៃបទឈប់បាញ់ ដែលត្រូវបានចូលជាធរមានកាលពីវេលាម៉ោង ១២:០០ថ្ងៃត្រង់ (ម៉ោងក្នុងស្រុក) នៅថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥។ ក្នុងដំណើរនៃការវិលត្រឡប់របស់យោធិនទាំង ១៨រូបរបស់យើង ក៏មានការចូលរួមសង្កេតការណ៍ពីសំណាក់ក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ាន (AOT) និងគណៈកម្មាធិការអន្តរជាតិនៃកាកបាទក្រហម (ICRC)។
នាងខ្ញុំសូមជម្រាបថា ការដោះលែងយោធិនរបស់យើងទាំង ១៨នាក់នេះ ក៏ស្របជាមួយនឹងស្មារតីនៃសេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍រួមទីក្រុងគូឡាឡាំពួរ ស្តីពីកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងសន្តិភាពរវាងកម្ពុជានិងថៃ ដែលត្រូវបានចុះហត្ថលេខាកាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ រវាងសម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រថៃ ក្រោមការធ្វើជាសាក្សីរបស់ ឯកឧត្តម ដូណាល់ ត្រាំ ប្រធានាធិបតី នៃសហរដ្ឋអាម៉េរិក និងឯកឧត្តម អាន់វ៉ា អ៊ីប្រាហ៊ីម នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី នៃប្រទេសម៉ាឡេស៊ី។
ដូចដែលរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ជាពិសេស សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត បានធានា និងសន្យាយ៉ាងមុតមាំជាមួយក្រុមគ្រួសាររបស់យោធិនទាំង ១៨នាក់ ក៏ដូចជាប្រជាជននៅទូទាំងប្រទេសថា “យើងមិនទុកយោធិនរបស់យើងណាម្នាក់ចោលនោះឡើយ” ដោយយើងបានប្រើប្រាស់គ្រប់មធ្យោបាយ និងដំណោះស្រាយ ទាំងការទូត ព្រមទាំងច្បាប់មនុស្សធម៌អន្តរជាតិ រហូតសម្រេចបានការដោះលែងនាថ្ងៃនេះ ដើម្បីឱ្យយោធិនរបស់យើងអាចមកជួបជុំក្រុមគ្រួសារជាទីស្រឡាញ់របស់ខ្លួនដែលបានទន្ទឹងរង់ចាំដោយក្តីនឹករំឮកជាពន់ពេក។
រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ក៏ដូចជាប្រជាជននៅទូទាំងប្រទេស សូមថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅបំផុតជូនចំពោះភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធទាំងអស់ ដែលបានចូលរួមសម្របសម្រួលជាបន្តបន្ទាប់ រហូតឈានដល់មានការដោះលែងយោធិនកម្ពុជាទាំង ១៨រូបនាថ្ងៃនេះ។ កម្ពុជាសង្ឃឹមយ៉ាងមុតមាំថា ការដោះលែងនេះនឹងចូលរួមចំណែកយ៉ាងសំខាន់ក្នុងការកសាងការជឿជាក់ និងជំនឿទុកចិត្ត ព្រមទាំងបង្កើតបរិយាកាសអំណោយផលដល់ការលើកកម្ពស់សន្តិភាព ស្ថិរភាព កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ ការអភិវឌ្ឍ និងការវិលត្រឡប់ទៅរកប្រក្រតីភាពនៃទំនាក់ទំនងឡើងវិញ ដើម្បីជាប្រយោជន៍ដល់ប្រទេស និងប្រជាជនទាំងពីរនាពេលដ៏ឆាប់ខាងមុខ។

Her Excellency Lieutenant General Maly Socheata, Spokeswoman of the Ministry of National Defence of the Kingdom of Cambodia wishes to inform the general public, the national and international media outlets as follows:
On the 10:00am on the morning of December 31, 2025, at the Prum International Point of Entry, Pailin Province, 18 Cambodian soldiers who had been detained by the Thai side for 155 days were released and safely returned to the motherland. The release of these soldiers was conducted in accordance with Point 11 of the Joint Statement of the 3rd Special Meeting of the General Border Committee (GBC) between the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Kingdom of Thailand, signed on December 27, 2025. This provision stipulated the release following full compliance with the 72-hour ceasefire, which took effect at 12:00pm noon on December 27, 2025. The return of our 18 soldiers is under the observation of the ASEAN Observer Team (AOT) and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).
This release also aligns with the spirit of the Kuala Lumpur Joint Declaration on Peace Deal between Cambodia-Thailand, signed on October 26, 2025, between Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand, and under the witness of His Excellency Donald J. Trump President of the United States of America and His Excellency Anwar Ibrahim, Prime Minister of Malaysia.
The Royal Government of Cambodia, and particularly Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, has remained steadfast in the promise made to the families of the 18 soldiers and the Cambodian people: that no soldier would be left behind. To achieve today’s release and reunite these soldiers with their waiting families, the Government utilized all available diplomatic channels and international humanitarian legal frameworks to ensure that our soldiers can be reunited with their beloved families, who have been waiting for them with such longing.
The Royal Government and the people of Cambodia express our deepest gratitude to all parties involved in the coordination processes that led to today's successful return. Cambodia remains hopeful that this release will significantly contribute to building mutual trust and confidence. We believe this creates an environment conducive to peace, stability, and the full normalization of relations for the benefit of both nations and their people in the near future.
The public, as well as national and international journalists, are hereby informed of the facts regarding this matter.
