# Recipe ingredient
200 gr of beef tenderloin local
sauce made
1. 1 tbsp of light soya sauce
2. 2 tbsp of oyster sauce
3. 1 ½ tsp tomato sauce
4. 1 tsp sugar
5. 1 tsp ground black pepper
6. 1tsp fish sauce
7. 1tsp chicken powder
8. 5 pcs garlic (chopped)
9. 2 tbs vegetable oil
10. 1tsp sesame oil
11. 2tsp corn starch
12. 150ml of chicken stock or VG stock

1. 1 lime juice
2. 2 tsp of ground black pepper
3. 1 tsp salt
4. 1 tbsp of water
5. 1 tsp of chicken powder
Method
Cut beef into cubs’ stripes
After start to prepare the sauce by adding in a bowl soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, chicken powder, sugar, black pepper, and minced garlic. Mix well
Add the beef cube to the sauce and allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes
Heat a large wok over high heat and add a tablespoon of oil. When the oil is hot, add the marinated beef and moving around the wok energetically, sear the beef for about 1-2 minutes per side, until it is cooked to your desired level of doneness (rare, medium, well done). and add some chicken stock or vegetable stock, sesame oil, and starch (mixed with water and stir it till mix well, and drop to the beef to be a combination of meat and sauce together.
Method :
Prepare the lime pepper dipping sauce by mixing a small container of freshly ground black pepper, salt, and fresh lime juice.
Decorate the two plates with lettuce, sliced tomatoes, Onion ring and cucumbers, and spread the cooked beef evenly
