យេីង ប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា សូមធ្វេីការផ្ដន្ទាទោសយ៉ាងដាច់អហង្ការ ចំពោះទង្វើដែលគ្មានសីលធម៌ និងផ្ទុយពីច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិយ៉ាងធ្ងន់ធ្ងរចំពោះប្រទេសថៃ ដែលបានឆាប់ទានហានខ្មែររបស់យេីងចំនួន២០នាក់។ ទង្វើនេះគឺពិតជារំលោភកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងបទឈប់បាញ់រវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរ ដែលមានការសម្របសម្រួលពី ប្រធានអាស៊ាន សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក និងចិន។ យេីងស្នេីសុំអង្គការពិភពលោកទាំងអស់ ជាពិសេសអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក ចិន ម៉ាឡេស៊ី និងសមាជិកអាស៊ានទាំងអស់ ធ្វេីការដាក់ទណ្ឌកម្មប្រទេសថៃចំពោះទង្វើរំលោភបំពាន ដោយគ្មានមនុស្សធម៌បែបនេះ។
We, Cambodian people strongly condemn the aggressive, unlawful and disrespect acts of Thailand which arrested the 20 Cambodian soldiers while they are asking for shaking hands. This unacceptable behavior is totally against the ceasefire agreement between the two countries which mediated by ASEAN Chair, The United States, and China. We unconditionally request the international community, especially the United Nations, The United States, China, Malaysia and ASEAN Member States to sanction Thailand for this unlawful and inhumane acts.
