តាងនាមថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងកម្មករនិយោជិត ធនាគារ អេស៊ីលីដា ភីអិលស៊ី គ្រប់លំដាប់ថ្នាក់ សូមសំដែងនូវអំណរសាទរយ៉ាងក្រៃលែង ជូនចំពោះ លោកជំទាវបណ្ឌិត ជា សិរី ទេសាភិបាល ធនាគារជាតិនៃកម្ពុជា ក្នុងឱកាសដែលទស្សនាវដ្តីអន្តរជាតិ Global Finance ផ្តល់ចំណាត់ថ្នាក់ A- ជាទេសាភិបាលដែលដឹកនាំធនាគារកណ្តាល ប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាពប្រចាំឆ្នាំ២០២៥។
នេះជាចំណាត់ថ្នាក់ល្អដែលលោកជំទាវ ទេសាភិបាល ទទួលបានពីរឆ្នាំជាប់គ្នា បន្ទាប់ពីលោកជំទាវត្រូវបានតែងតាំងជា ទេសាភិបាល ធនាគារជាតិនៃកម្ពុជា កាលពីខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣។
គួររំលេចថា Global Finance បានផ្តល់ចំណាត់ថ្នាក់នេះ ដោយជ្រើសចេញពីក្នុងចំណោមថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំធនាគារកណ្តាលប្រមាណ ១០០ ប្រទេស តាមរយៈការពិនិត្យលើប្រសិទ្ធភាពនៃការអនុវត្តនយោបាយរូបិយវត្ថុក្នុងការរួមចំណែកជំរុញកំណើនសេដ្ឋកិច្ច រក្សាស្ថិរភាពរូបិយវត្ថុ គ្រប់គ្រងអតិផរណា និងអត្រាប្តូរប្រាក់។ ក្នុងនោះមានតែឥស្សរជនដែលត្រូវបានផ្តល់ចំណាត់ថ្នាក់ A-, A, និង A+ ប៉ុណ្ណោះដែលត្រូវបាន Global Finance រាយនាមក្នុងបញ្ជីចំណាត់ថ្នាក់កិត្តិយសនេះ។
On behalf of the management and employees of ACLEDA Bank Plc., we would like to express our deepest congratulations to H.E. Dr. Chea Serey, Governor of the National Bank of Cambodia, on the occasion of receiving the world's highest rating of A- as the most effective central banker in 2025.
This is the second consecutive year that the Governor has received this rating since she was appointed as Governor of the National Bank of Cambodia in July 2023.
It is worth noting that Global Finance awarded this rating by selecting her from among the central bank leaders of approximately 100 countries through an examination of the effectiveness of monetary policy implementation in contributing to promoting economic growth, maintaining monetary stability, and managing inflation and exchange rates. Only those who were awarded A-, A, and A+ ratings are listed by Global Finance in this prestigious ranking list.
