Most satisfying workshop I have joined recently at Enterprise Vision Academy
When it comes to taking notes I am someone who is careless as I do not know how important taking notes in terms of work, study, and daily life is.

Last week, I and the team were trained by Patric.
Patrick demonstrated how important taking note is and the technique to take notes effectively.

I have learned that:
- We can not rely on remembering as we only remember things for about 7 to 8 seconds. If you don’t take notes, you lose information. Misunderstanding/ Broken communication can cause really big problems.
- Understand before taking note > prepare before writing it down
- miss information >you better ask
- Time management time is needed taking noted effectively
- Put yourself in the situation and be concentrated
