Easy Easy Eatery 2 is officially open!! ❤️🇰🇭

Tonight was special because the family prepared the very first meals at their new location, and who better to enjoy that first meal than the family themselves?

Until now, their restaurants have always been located on the outskirts of Siem Reap. For the first time, they now have a location right in the heart of the city, just minutes from Pub Street.

This is our soft launch, and with four months until high season, we’ll be introducing the Western side of the menu, refining our systems, and continuing to build for the season ahead.

The full Khmer menu is ready, the doors are open, and the family is ready to welcome you.

I Spent 24 Hours at Cambodia's Most Unique Farm.

Today I explored a Lotus Silk Farm out in the country side of Siem Reap Cambodia. I had no idea you can extract silk from a lotus plant. The process is tedious but the outcome is beautiful.

Thanks to the entire team over at Lotus Silk Farm Siem Reap for inviting us. Today was special ❤️

Oh and my Cambodian hat badge is officially unlocked 🤭💪🏼

All of my “highlights” and moments where I’m “thriving” online are a reflection of the seasons where I wasn’t… I spent years working on myself and those seasons were the exact things that catapulted me into the leader I am today. There is still much work to do and Im excited to see where this journey will continue to take me 🙏🏼
