An Unprecedented revolutionary product for all 2V traction battery suppliers and forklift rental companies worldwide.
The PRIME RPT-S200 is an essential device for maintaining all 2V industrial forklift battery providers and users. (1/2)
The new RPT-S200 (4-in-1, Regenerator, Charger, Power Supply(*For Experts) (~45A) & Discharger (~50A) modes integrated all in one)
The new RPT-S200 (4-in-1) is used for all 2V grouped connected batteries. CE certified in November 2024.
2V - Only one 2V battery (cell) can be restored/discharged (~1,000Ah): Includes 50SQ cable kit (2.5m)
- Mainly used for one 2V cell (battery), such as the large-capacity batteries of ESS, Forklifts, and industrial UPS VRLA up to 1,000Ah for one regeneration.
A unique and effective multifunctional 4-in-1 regenerator and discharger for a single 2V that restores only the most degraded 2V cell (battery) in a group of (24V to 96V, etc.) 2V batteries to equalize the charge level of the entire battery group and restore, increase and extend the overall battery life and capacity. Typically, after replacing an inferior 2V battery with a pre-restored 2V battery, it is brought back to the workshop to be restored and prepared for the next replacement. This new RPT-S200 is an essential battery regeneration equipment (all-in-one) that all lead-acid battery suppliers and users should use for maintenance purposes without exception. All users can expect excellent battery recovery and performance improvement.
The discharge test is the most accurate way to find 2V batteries (cells) that are inferior in a group (e.g., 48V).
About 5 to 10 minutes before the cut-off voltage of discharge (e.g., for a 48V battery set, when the cut-off voltage is 42V - measured when the discharge screen is about 45V), if you quickly measure all voltages of each 2V battery by a multimeter, the voltage of the inferior battery will differ significantly from the other batteries. If the voltage is almost the same, the battery is well-equalized.
(Before Regeneration)
First, try a discharge test for the 2V-connected battery group. Since the discharge cut-off voltage of 48V is 42V, set the cut-off voltage on the screen, and then set the discharge current to the 5-hour rate (e.g., 500Ah = 100A) and start the discharge. When the battery voltage on the discharger screen is about 44V, it is time to start checking the battery voltages using a multimeter and quickly check the voltage of all cells (one 2V cell by one 2V cell). The voltage of most 2V batteries (cells) will be measured similarly.
Suppose an inferior 2V battery (cell) is included. In that case, the discharge process proceeds almost identically in the initial stage, but after a specific time, the capacity of the inferior cell becomes insufficient alone, and the voltage drops quickly up to under the cut-off voltage. In this case, the overall voltage of the battery group also drops rapidly, and even if there is still some charge remaining in the other good 2V batteries, the inferior cell is quickly over-discharged, causing the discharge process to end earlier as the discharge voltage of the entire battery quickly reaches the cut-off voltage. Therefore, battery equalization is critical, and inferior batteries should be replaced in advance so that all cells are always the same.
(After Regeneration)
In some cases, the battery (cell) that was considered to be inferior before regeneration may become normal after regeneration. If the above voltage measurement results are similar, please perform the above method after regeneration is complete. It is okay if the entire battery is measured evenly, but if any cell shows a deviation of - 0.2V or more compared to the other cells, please mark it with a sticker on the battery and write it down on the record sheet. If the battery is still inferior after regeneration, it means that the battery has already suffered physical damage and cannot be recovered. Therefore, it may be problematic to equalize the voltage, so you should either replace the battery soon. Or if the voltage drops further, it should be replaced as soon as possible.
Our new product, the RPT-S200, is a multifunctional machine that can regenerate and discharge only one of these inferior 2V batteries whenever about - 0.2V is inferior to other cells, as explained above.
The RPT-S200 equipment does not require on-site regeneration, which would take too much time. Therefore, all 2V used batteries should be pre-regenerated with the RPT-S200 for battery maintenance and kept ready to ship.
After that, whenever an inferior 2V battery that breaks the equalization in the customer or user's battery is measured, it will be immediately replaced with another regenerated 2V battery. So, all battery voltages will rise due to the balancing charge during charging, and ultimately, the maintenance of the entire group battery will be completed automatically.
The replaced 2V battery is taken to the regeneration workshop for regeneration. Then, it is kept in the A/S team's warehouse as a replacement. Later, it is reused to replace another inferior 2V cell with the same capacity as in the above method. This unique maintenance method uses the RPT-S200 and continuously repeats the replacement, regeneration, and reuse of inferior 2V batteries.
Thus, the RPT-S200 is an aftermarket product that will regenerate all lower 2V batteries in the future. It will be used by all 2V battery suppliers and users worldwide as a must-have maintenance tool. Having the right to supply this product will allow you to preempt the supply market in your territory.
