RM’s debut exhibition at SF MOMA as a co-curator! How I wish I could’ve been there. 🥹

Love how authentic he was in his speech. Here’s what I took away…..

Living in the “and” is part of the human experience, and beneficial for our mental health. So “drifting and floating” as RM says, doesn’t feel pleasant, but it’s part of living with the uncertainty of life.

Who else is visiting the “Between You and Me” exhibit this fall/winter? (I’ll be there the weekend of December 5!)

According to tvN - the Korean channel run by CJ ENM - K-Dramas can reach the world while staying rooted in Korean identity. Its creators remain committed to telling authentically Korean stories.

That’s good news! But there are fans who feel like K-Dramas aren’t hitting the same lately. Can nostalgia part of it - or are we sensing a shift? What makes a K-Drama feel distinctly Korean to you?

Strong performances, a drama that felt more like a film, and definitely not as much Son Yejin as I wanted. 😂 I knew those scenes were coming, but that didn’t make them any easier to watch. 👀

Here I am unpacking from my tours while watching Four Hands with Song Kang and Lee Jun Young….and thinking about a different kind of unpacking: the baggage we carry from childhood. 🥹

Funny how a K-Drama can have you enjoying classical music one minute and reflecting on your inner child the next.

Who wouldn’t want to travel around South Korea with fellow K-Drama (and K-Pop) fans? I’m super grateful that I get to do exactly that. 💜🥳

Day 7 of my second K-Drama Healing Reunion Tour kicked off with a conversation about - what else? Jeong 정.

We got to Gangneung and cosplayed - with the red scarf and buckwheat flowers and all - that iconic scene from Goblin! It’s a must-do 👏

And of course we did our own ode to OT7 at the BTS bus stop! 💜💜💜🥳🥳🥳

Can’t think of a perfect way to spend time at the beach than sharing what we’re grateful for. Now this is what healing can look like: joy, gratitude, shared stories, and people who become part of yours.

The tour may be coming to end, but it’s always just the beginning.💜
