Being an Introvert Isnā€™t Always Peacefulā€¦

Sometimes I watch people who can effortlessly keep up with friends, always replying, always hanging out, always connectedā€”and I get a little envious.

Not because I donā€™t care.
Not because I donā€™t want meaningful connections.
But because my social battery dies fast, my mind overthinks texts, and silence feels safer than small talk.

Friendship takes energyā€”and for introverts, that energy isnā€™t always easy to summon.
But trust me, when we show up, itā€™s real. When we care, itā€™s deep.
We may not be loud, but weā€™re loyal.
We may not reach out often, but we never forget.

So if you have an introvert in your life whoā€™s been quiet latelyā€¦ they still love you. Theyā€™re just recharging. šŸ’™
