« កម្ពុជា » មិនទទួលបានផលប្រយោជន៍អ្វីសោះឡើយ ពីជម្លោះព្រំដែននេះ មិនថាជាដីធ្លី ឬអំណាច តែបែរជាមានតែសេចក្តីទុក្ខព្រួយ ព្រោះសង្គ្រាមលើកនេះបណ្ដាលឱ្យបាត់បង់អាយុជីវិតកងទ័ព ប្រជាជនស្លូតត្រង់ បំផ្លាញទ្រព្យសម្បត្តិ ហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធ សម្បត្តិមត៌កដូនតា បន្សល់ទុកនូវស្ត្រីមេម៉ាយ កុមារកំព្រា ជនពិការ ផ្ទះសំបែងដែលត្រូវបានកម្ទេចខ្ទេចខ្ទី និងប្រជាជនរត់ភៀសសឹកសង្គ្រាមរាប់សិបម៉ឺននាក់ គ្មានការងារធ្វើ ព្រមទាំងអាក់ខានពុំបានសិក្សារៀនសូត្រ កម្ពុជាគ្មានមូលហេតុអ្វី ក្នុងការចាប់ផ្ដើមសង្គ្រាមតាមការចោទប្រកាន់នេះឡើយ។សូមពុកម៉ែបងប្អូននៅតែបន្តស្មារតីស្នេហាជាតិ និងសាមគ្គីភាពជាគ្រួសារតែមួយ ព្រមទាំងបន្តជឿទុកចិត្តចំពោះ ប្រមុខរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា លើយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រក្នុងការដឹកនាំប្រទេសប្រកបដោយភាពឈ្លាសវៃ ដែលនឹងអាចស្ដារបានឡើងវិញ នូវសេចក្ដីសុខសន្តិភាពពេញលេញជូនប្រជាជាតិខ្មែរ។ ខ្ញុំសង្ឃឹមយ៉ាងមុតមាំថា វីដេអូនេះនឹងជួយនាំជាសារសម្លេងទៅកាន់ពិភពលោកឱ្យបានដឹង អំពីគោលជំហររបស់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជាឱ្យកាន់តែច្បាស់ 🇰🇭🇬🇧🇨🇳🇫🇷
"Cambodia" has not gained any benefit from this border dispute, whether it is land or power, but only sorrow because this war has caused the loss of lives of soldiers, innocent people, destroyed property, infrastructure, ancestral heritage, left behind widows, orphans, disabled people, destroyed houses, and tens of thousands of people who have fled the war, unemployed, and deprived of education. Cambodia has no reason to start a war as alleged.Please continue to be patriotic and united as one family, and continue to trust the Head of the Royal Government of Cambodia on the strategy to lead the country wisely, which will restore complete peace to the Cambodian people.
