- Basic Hourly Wage(최저 시급): 9,860 won
(* Overtime Basic Hourly Wage(1.5 times): 14,790 won

- Monthly Basic Wage(월 최저 임금): 2,060,740 won
(* 209 Hours/ Month, 5 days a week, 40 hours/ week basis)

- Yearly Basic Wage(연 최저 임금): 24,728,880 won

- (F-2-99 VISA): Minimum Monthly Wage in 2023(2,010,580 won)*18= 36,190,440 won, in case of applying from E-7-4.

K-Point E74 VISA (케이 포인트 E74 숙련기능인력비자 시작)
Starting from today, K-Point E74 visa application has started.

You may apply for K-Point E74 visa through Hi-Korea website or we may delegate your application using our Hi-Korea website account.

1. Number of Selecting Person: 30,000 persons until this quota is full.

2. Mandatory Requirements:
① 4 Years with E-9 visa;
② Working 1 year at a Company now and a recommendation letter from your company;
③ 200 points including additional Points;
④ TOPIK(KIIP) Level 2 or 41 points at Pre-Test(사전평가);
⑤ 2 Years’ Average Income: 25 mil won(agriculture, livestock, fishery worker: 24 mil won); and
⑥ Working Contract for 2 years with 26 mil won(25 mil won for agriculture, livestock, fishery worker: 24 mil won)

** This doc has been received from 1345 Immigration Contact Center but there is no update at Hi Korea yet.

The notification of decision made by the Foreign Workforce Policy Committee is announced as follows.

According to information, if you work in the same company for 2 years of the first term, you can continue working for 10 years without leaving your country.

Also, special facilities will be given to those who have high adaptability and work skills.

[Emergency][Official] E7-4 selection changed in 2023 ‼️

A new announcement has been made for the E7-4 selection.
The cut line is expected to be very low.
Additional applications for the second quarter will start tomorrow, so if you are interested,

1. Expansion of the number of selected people in the second quarter
The change from the existing 625 selection to 3,000 selection has been confirmed.
The 3Q and 4Q will also be changed and will be announced in the future.

2. Additional application period in 2Q
Additional applications are available from 27,June to 5,July.
We expect the cut line to be very low because the number of people selected is 3000.
Even if your point is low, you can try to apply for E7-4 visa. We think it is worthy it.
The announcement of the first successful applicants is on 17, July and the announcement of the final successful applicants is on 28 July .

3. Eligibility for application changed from 5 years or more to 4 years or more
Foreigners who have worked in Korea for more than 4 years can apply.
Before, The applications had been applied for more than 4years with KIIP level 3.

4. Number of people allowed by industry
Manufacturing industry (Seoul, Incheon, Gyeonggi): Employment is possible by 20% of Korean workers (up to two E7-4 is possible if there are 10 Koreans)
For example, if your company has 20 koreans, your company can have 4 E7-4visa holders.

Manufacturing industry (The provinces): Employment is possible within 30% of Korean workers (up to 3 people can be E7-4 if there are 10 Koreans)

Roots, Agriculture, Fisheries, Livestock industry:
Employment is possible within 30% of Korean workers (up to three E7-4 is possible if there are 10 Koreans)
However, if your company has below 4 koreans, 2 E7-4 holders are can be employed.

The identity card of foreigners is changing again from April 1.

Let's know what the changes will be there in this new foreign identity card-

* There will be colored pictures instead of black and white pictures.
*The picture will remain a little bigger than before.
*Currently the image is on the left but the new image will be on the right.
* Added a new QR code.

Those of us who have previous ID cards don't have to renew them. However, if for some reason it is lost or if you apply for a new card, you can make a new card by paying a card charge of 30,000 won.
