Despite a nationwide fight against the COVID-19, North Korea is focusing on developing its own tourist attractions.
According to the Korean Central News Agency Sunday, North Korea's Premier Kim Tok-hun visited the Mount Kumgang region and called for building the abandoned inter-Korean resort complex on its own into a world-class spot.

South Korea's parliament passed a controversial bill prohibiting the flying of anti-Pyongyang leaflets across the inter-Korean border.
The bill was passed during the National Assembly's plenary session in a 187-0 vote, right after lawmakers of the main opposition People Power Party (PPP) staged a filibuster to boycott it.
