I visited Sokcho, Seoraksan National Park, and Naksansa Temple in November 2024, during the peak of the fall season. The autumn colors were at their best, covering the mountains in red, orange, and yellow. While hiking in Seoraksan, light rain and mist made the scenery even more beautiful and peaceful, with clouds gently floating over the colorful hills. I hope you will enjoy this video.
Sokcho is a small coastal city on Korea’s east coast, known for its seafood, beaches, and as the main gateway to Seoraksan. It’s a calm and relaxing place, perfect for a fall trip.
Seoraksan National Park is one of Korea's most famous national parks, with sharp peaks, rocky cliffs, and beautiful forests. During autumn, the park becomes a colorful wonderland. The rain during my hike added a special mood to the mountains, making the colors stand out even more.
Naksansa Temple sits on a hill next to the East Sea. The temple offers peaceful ocean views and has the famous Haesugwaneumsang statue. It’s a perfect spot to end the trip and enjoy the quiet surroundings.
