ပထမဦးစွာ ပဲကို သန့်ရှင်းအောင် ရေဆေးပါ။
ထို့နောက် ရေထဲတွင် ၂၄ နာရီခန့် စိမ်ထားပါ။

၂၄ နာရီ ပြည့်ပြီးပါက ပဲကို ရေစစ်ထုတ်ပြီး စစ်ခွက် (strainer) ထဲ ထည့်ပါ။
ထို့နောက် သန့်ရှင်းသော အဝတ်စိုလေးဖြင့် အပေါ်မှ ဖုံးထားပါ။

စစ်ခွက်ကို အလင်းမရသော နေရာတွင် ၄၈ နာရီခန့် ထားပါ။
အလင်းမထိစေရန် သတိပြုပါ။

၈ နာရီတိုင်း ရေသန့်လေးဖြင့် ပက်ပေးပါ။
ပဲမခြောက်အောင် စိုစွတ်နေစေရန် ထိန်းသိမ်းပါ။
