Kuwait introduces 50,000 dinar license for national celebrations
The Minister of Commerce and Industry issues exclusive licenses for up to three months to approved companies and institutions organizing major national events.

• The decision outlines the conditions for the successful ex*****on of major national events and celebrations, with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry reserving the right to revoke approval at any time without explanation.

Khalifa Al-Ajeel, Minister of Commerce and Industry, issued a ministerial decision permitting the issuance of exclusive and comprehensive licenses to companies and institutions approved by the relevant authorities to organize major national events and celebrations, with a fee of 50,000 dinars and license duration of up to three months, according to Q8-Press.

The Ministerial Decision No. 227 of 2024, amending Decision No. 27 of 2015, added a new Article 40 to Decision (27/2015) regarding the Executive Regulation of Law No. 39 of 2014 on Consumer Protection. The new article reads as follows:

Subject to the provisions of Law No. 2 of 1995 and in exception to the provisions of this chapter, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry may issue a decision to grant exclusive and comprehensive licenses to companies or institutions approved by the competent official authorities to organize major national events and celebrations.

This decision shall be issued upon a request submitted by the official authority and the approved company organizing the event, in exchange for a fixed fee of 50,000 dinars per license, with the license duration not exceeding three months.

The decision shall also include the conditions and regulations that the organizing entity must follow to ensure the optimal ex*****on of tasks. The Ministry of Commerce and Industry reserves the right to withdraw the approval at any time without providing reasons.

27 اکتوبر یوم سیاہ کشمیر
دنیا بھر کی طرح آج کویت میں بھی 27 اکتوبر کو کشمیر کا یوم سیاہ کے طور پر منایا گیا۔ یوم سیاہ منانے کی تقریب سفارت خانہ پاکستان کویت میں ہوئی جس میں پاکستانی کمیونٹی کی کثیر تعداد نے شرکت کی۔ تقریب کا باقاعدہ آغاز تلاوت کلام پاک سے ہوا۔ تقریب کے میزبان تھے جناب عثمان نواز

سفارت خانہ پاکستان کے نئے انے والے کمیونٹی ویلفیئر اتاشی جناب حمزہ توقیر نے صدر پاکستان، وزیراعظم اور وزیر خارجہ کے پیغامات پڑھ کر سنائے گئے۔

تقریب میں خطاب کرتے ہیں مقررین نے کشمیر کو زبردستی بھارت میں شامل کرنے اور کشمیریوں پر ہونے والے مظالم کے بارے میں بتایا مقررین نے اقوام متحدہ سے مطالبہ کیا کہ کشمیر کے مسئلہ کو اقوام متحدہ کی قرارداد کے مطابق حل کرنے میں اپنا کردار ادا کرے۔

اکتوبر1947 کو بھارت نے کشمیریوں پرریاستی دہشتگردی کا آغازکیا، بھارت 77 سال سے مقبوضہ کشمیر میں انسانی حقوق کی خلاف ورزی کررہا ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ عالمی برادری اب تک کشمیریوں کے حقوق کے تحفظ کے لئے خاطر خواہ اقدام نہیں کرسکی۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ کئی دہائیوں سے غیر قانونی بھارتی مقبوضہ جموں و کشمیر کے عوام بھارتی افواج کا وحشیانہ جبر برداشت کر رہے ہیں، بھارت نے مقبوضہ جموں و کشمیر کو دنیا کے سب سے زیادہ عسکریت زدہ علاقوں میں سے ایک میں بدل دیا، بھارت سلامتی کونسل کی قراردادوں کی مسلسل خلاف ورزی اور کشمیریوں کو بنیادی حقوق سے محروم کر رہا ہے۔

بھارت میں جاری مظالم کی شدید مذمت کرتے ہیں ، کشمیریوں کی تین نسلیں عالمی برادری خصوصاً اقوام متحدہ کی جانب سے حق ِخودارادیت دلانے کی منتظر ہیں۔ آخر میں حافظ حفیظ الرحمن نے کشمیر اور فلسطین کے شہدا اور زخمیوں کے لئے خصوصی دعا کی۔
