Fine-Dining Server

Are you an experienced server with a passion for great food, fine wine, and cocktail culture? Lobster Pot is looking for one server to join our waterfront team, someone outgoing, adaptable and ready to shine under pressure.

What we’re looking for:

- 3 to 5 years experience in fine-dining or upscale restaurant service.

- Strong cocktail and wine knowledge, with an ability to recommend drinks and serve with confidence.

- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment (split shifts, weekends, holidays).

- Excellent customer service skills, friendly and outgoing personality, and the ability to stay professional under pressure.

- Adaptable, team-player mindset — ready to assist with service flow, guest needs, and collaborate with kitchen/bar staff.
