Power of the Purse returns for its 9th year, bringing Cayman community together for an inspiring and impactful afternoon in support of survivors of domestic abuse. 💜
Hosted by Cayman Islands Crisis Centre, this signature fundraising luncheon plays a vital role in supporting essential services such as emergency shelter, crisis intervention, safety planning and ongoing advocacy for those affected. Over the years, event has raised more than CI$250,000 to help sustain this important work.
This year’s event will feature keynote speaker Katrina Cooke-Brownlee, a domestic abuse survivor and retired NYPD detective, alongside a thoughtfully curated afternoon of lunch, a silent auction, raffle prizes and more.
