📢 Update: New Venue for the Annual Community Health Fair
Hello, Cayman Community,
We would like to inform you of an important update regarding our Annual Community Health Fair scheduled for Saturday, December 13, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the event will no longer be held at the George Town Hall.
✨ The new venue is the Hibiscus Conference Room at the Health Services Authority (HSA).
All scheduled activities—including free health screenings, physiotherapy consultations, flu vaccines, blood donation, and our fundraising raffle—will continue as planned.
Please help us spread the word about the location change so everyone can join us for this impactful community event.
🚶‍♀️ Route 1: From the HSA Main Entrance → Hibiscus Conference Room
Enter through the HSA Main Entrance.
Walk toward the right side of the lobby and continue through the small hallway that leads toward Women’s Health.
Follow the hallway straight to the end, ( at the end you will see women's health), turn right.
Continue walking straight, passing:
Patient Financial Services and Nutrition Services
Stay on this same path until you reach the area where the Barista Café is located.
Directly to the left of the Barista Café, you will find the Hibiscus Conference Room.
🚶‍♀️ Route 2: From Pines Drive / HSA Back Parking
From Pines Drive, turn into the HSA Back Parking Area.
After entering the parking lot, turn left and follow the flow of the parking lanes.
Continue driving/walking along the path until you see the Barista Café area.
Look for the Annual Health Fair sign, positioned near the Barista Café.
The Hibiscus Conference Room (Room 6) is located just beside the Barista Café, on its right side from the back of HSA.
