The Assam Ethnic Cultural Harmony & Exchange Mission (AECHEM) is a residential workshop initiative by the Srimanta Sankaradeva Kalakshetra Society aimed at unifying Assam's diverse ethnic and tribal communities by promoting their performing arts traditions, fostering pride in cultural heritage, and encouraging a sense of unity through cultural exchange. This mission seeks to bridge cultural gaps, revive fading traditions, and create a stronger sense of "Bor Asom" (Greater Assam) by facilitating inter-liaising and bonding between representatives of various ethnic groups.
