O-uchi-gari is much more than a leg attack. 🥋

Watch how the kuzushi loads the opponent’s leg before the attack begins. A deep entry, close body contact, strong upper-body control, and continuous forward pressure leave almost no chance to recover.

The leg finishes the technique — but the whole body creates the throw.

The basketball players came to throw the ball into the basket.

The judokas came to throw the basketball players. 😂

One team was looking for three-pointers.
The other was looking for IPPON.

The basketball players jumped for the rim…
The judokas helped them fly even higher with UCHI-MATA! 😄

Final score:

🏀 Basketball — plenty of shots
🥋 Judo — plenty of throws
