Story time: The journey called breastfeeding.✨

According to research, Breastfeeding is a core part of “getting it right” in terms of nutrition in baby’s first 1,000 Days.

I choose to breastfeed my baby because it provides unmatched health benefits for my baby and me. I believe that breastfeeding is the clinical gold standard for infant feeding and nutrition, with breast milk uniquely tailored to meet the health needs of a growing infant.💚

Breastfeeding however, can be bumpy and a difficult ride. Every mom has different experiences, but once you succeed, everything is definitely worth it.🙌🏼

I have my fair share of struggles too as first time moms would normally have like oversupply of breastmilk and decreased supply as well.

I saw Krizzy Uy’s vlog that YOU SHOULD NEVER GIVE UP. KEEP ON TRYING. So ayun, I tried my best to relax, slow down, enjoy my time with my baby, pump as much as I can, eat healthy and keep myself hydrated and pray pray pray. My BM then became stable and I am so proud and happy to be breastfeeding for 10 months and counting!😇

Potty training this little one is very challenging. He doesn't sit still🤦‍♀️
When he saw this potty ladder that us, he was ecstatic to use it. Plus, he wants to do it every now and then🤣😂

My heart is full.
The picture may be blur, but I guess I captured a precious moment in where he kissed his sister.
While I was still pregnant with my second, I prayed every night that he will love, care and protect her all the time.
Hopefully he will always be with her side to rescue her when she needed to.

We had the best Anniversary dinner date last night at Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort and Spa
The chef over there made it more special by making these mouth watering dish!
Can't believe we visited the restaurant where we first met! It was nice to reminisce those moments.
Don't forget to wear your mask when you enter the hotel!
