About us
1931 The publishing activities of Hamazkayin were launched in Beirut.
1944 The Publishing House started publishing “Agos”, the Djemaran Alumni Union’s magazine.
1946 The Publishing House started publishing the complete works of author Levon Shant.
1947 Following N. Aghpalian’s death, and as stipulated in his will, the Publishing House became the property of Hamazkayin. Hence, the Hamazkayin Central Executive Board decided to rename it “Hamazkayin Publishing House”.
