نشأت مجلّة #الآداب عام 1953 على يد د. سهيل إدريس، وكانت وتبقى سجلًّا بارزًا لحركة الإنتاج الثقافيّ العربيّ.
يرأس تحريرها منذ العام 1992: د. سماح إدريس.
