It’s less than 24 hours since we announced our intention to wrap up next year and I’ve had three Agents phone me. I’m humbled, but please send any sensible offers for acquisition via email to: [email protected]

By the time we finish we will have racked up 23 years of service to the Scottish TV and Film industry. Supplying professional SAs and WOs. Our people show up on time, with the right wardrobe, and do the job to the best of their ability. This is reflected in our amazing client testimonials and Google reviews.

TCT has been an amazing part of our daily lives and we’re grateful to our ADs, Talent, Production Accounts teams, and everyone we’ve worked with over the years. Thank you ❤️

We still have a year to go, so we intend on making this one the best one! No sad faces, please. It’s a change, yes, but change can be exciting, and lead to great things ☺️

Our favourite reason is that it helps our SAs get paid faster for their efforts ☺️

My favourite reason for using digital-chits is that nothing can get lost or misplaced, and you don’t have issues reading other people’s handwriting, which is unique to us as individuals. My Husband said his handwriting looks like a spider escaped from the inkwell and ran around the page for a bit. *These were his own words-I’m not being mean.* That said, I wouldn’t fancy trying to process his chit after filming! Sorry Ross 😂

It’s evident that paper is not making a comeback, and with most productions working towards their ALBERT certificate, our system helps you create a more sustainable production life by reducing the need for paper on set.

When we started CrowdTrackerPro™, we aimed to support agents/bookers managing their busy agencies, but you never know where things will progress.

For the last couple of years, we have supported various shows with our latest product, CrowdTrackerPro™ for Production. I selected a few shows randomly from the ones we’ve supported for the accompanying image.

Our bespoke software tool, CrowdTrackerPro™ for Productions, is designed for efficiency. It allows your Production to centrally process all the SA digital timesheets and send Purchase Orders and Remittances to your Agent Suppliers. Reducing the need for external communications and liaising with everyone involved in producing the timesheets. Production Accounts, 2nd Assistant Directors, Supporting Artists and Agents can work together seamlessly. Saving both time and money whilst protecting the environment.

It’s been a busy time that has seen us go through long hours of development, testing, and rigorous InfoSec checks. But I’m pleased to say that the hard work was well worth it for the new connections we’ve made while training and supporting the various teams. That’s probably been the best part for me – meeting new people during the training and support sessions.

What we’ve learned most over the past year is that every production and its needs are unique. We’ve enjoyed the challenge of meeting and exceeding those needs wherever possible.

No. Absolutely not. We want the TV and Film industry to be accessible to all. That’s why we’ve made the decision to only charge for the work we find our team. The charge is the industry standard 20% of the work we find.

Answer:
No. You work with us on a self-employed basis. This means that you are responsible for your own tax and National Insurance contributions. We will supply you with a self-billing invoice for each job to help you work out your tax liability. You can view and download your invoices by logging into your profile.

Answer:
This varies from production to production. It depends on whether the production accounts team want to use paper chits or digital chits. If paper chits are used, you will be asked to fill in a timesheet on set. If it is digital chits, an email will be sent to you for digital signing.

No. Not since prior to the Covid-19 pandemic. People have mixed views on car sharing. Some feel that it's great for the environment and others just prefer their own space first thing in the morning. Others are concerned about the insurance implications of car sharing.

Be professional. Turn up to work you've agreed to, with the right wardrobe requirements hanging neatly ironed and ready to be checked by costume. Login to your profile frequently. Make sure your photos and sizes are a true likeness. Keep quiet when you are onset and listen to what the Director is asking of you. Generally, just be nice to everyone. It’s that simple.
