🇱🇧🇯🇴 This month, QUAD was present in Amman through our Financial & Impact Manager Alaa Al Zahab, participating in the Alfanar Regional Connect Wire.
This journey reminded us why we do what we do.
✨ Impact first:
In just the past months, with Alfanar’s trust and support, 70 young people from North Lebanon joined our trainings.
In Entrepreneurship, every single graduate increased their sales — some by 10%, others by 50–70%.
In Content Creation, dozens began creating consistent content, were hired as creators, or grew their businesses online.
But numbers don’t tell the whole story.

What made this possible?
Alfanar trusted us fully — to design the curriculum, form the team, and implement with freedom. That trust gave us the confidence to deliver at our best.
Beyond the classroom, this program also gave us space to reflect, document, and strengthen our impact — and to connect with inspiring peers across Lebanon and the region.
For us at QUAD, after 12 years and more than 12,000 trainees, this experience was a reminder: when trust meets commitment, real change happens.
