One of the most unprofessional companies I have ever worked with. They should be called "Never Trust Cargo" instead of "Trust Cargo" because they lack reliability and responsibility for shipped goods. I shipped 30 CBM of goods with this company 9 months ago. The goods reached Lebanon in December 2023 but were never delivered and are stuck in customs due to unclear issues with their shipment. No one responds or takes responsibility for this situation. They never answer calls or attempt to resolve the issue, despite the fact that the goods were purchased by me.
