It was time to switch off for a few days, and honestly, I couldn’t think of a better place to do it.
To think we have a place like this in our own country is pretty insane. There’s a reason these guys are at the top. The staff are incredibly well trained, the service is effortless, and in my opinion, Wild Coast Tented Lodge, Yala serves some of the best resort food in Sri Lanka. Properly good food, great ingredients and a team that genuinely knows what they’re doing.
And then there’s the place itself. Absolutely unreal. You actually get sad when it’s time to leave. I could very easily live here forever 😂
But the best part was having my favourite person there to enjoy it all with. Someone who appreciates the little things, brings good energy everywhere she goes and, most importantly, matches my level of goofiness 😂 Can’t wait for all the places we’re yet to see together Romaine Jade Willis 🫶🏽
