Fresh out of the oven.

White chocolate and Puhul Dosi cookie, baked to order until it’s crisp on the outside and soft, gooey in the middle. Finished with salty feta ice cream and toasted pumpkin seeds.

One of those desserts you’ll be thinking about long after the last bite. 🖤

LOVE CAKE TART

This one’s one of my most special creations in my cooking journey so far.

Love cake always had a special place in my family growing up, and elevating it in this way just felt right.

Usually the puhul dosi gets added into the cake batter, but with this dish I did what I call my version of puhul dosi — delicate candied winter melon layered over the tart instead. Lighter, cleaner and the texture is just next level.

The smoked buffalo curd ice cream is what really brings the whole dish together. Smoky, creamy, spiced, sweet… everything just works.

Created this dish a while ago for a very special event but never got the chance to post it…
so here we go.

I had a gut feeling this gig was going to be wild… and wow, was I right.
This has to be one of my favourite sets I’ve played in Colombo so far.

Big love to the crew for having me. What a night. 🖤

Many of you may not know this, but a few months ago I made the decision to move back to Sri Lanka, back home after 11 years in Melbourne. And honestly, moments like this make me feel like I made the right choice.

I never expected this kind of support. Thank you for every message, every person who comes out to the gigs, every single one of you that stays locked in from start to finish.

I hear your chants, I see you dance, and I feel every bit of that energy.
