I want to share the complete, transparent story from start to finish regarding the recent video, as I believe my audience deserves to know the truth.
How it started: A few students reached out to me expressing their anxiety, claiming that an agency was asking for a 35% tuition fee upfront. Hearing their fear, I made a brief statement in my video using a 'beep' over the name, purely to caution agencies without any intention of defaming them. My only goal was to say, "Please don't do this to students."
The Agency's Side: Shortly after, the agency management contacted me to explain their process. They clarified that they do not charge a 35% tuition fee blindly to every student. It is a specific security measure they take only for certain cases—when they feel a student might abandon the process midway, which could severely damage the visa profile and processing.
The Miscommunication & Resolution: While we were trying to sort this out, due to a sudden miscommunication, the video was taken down, which initially led to further disagreement. However, we recently sat down for a direct, transparent phone call. I wanted to listen to their story properly. After hearing them out, I realized their intentions were grounded in their business safety, not in scamming students.
The Final Solution: Our goal should always be to improve the system, not to destroy honest businesses. Therefore, we mutually came to a mature solution: they have resolved the claim to bring the video back, and I have edited out the specific portion concerning them.
The video is now fully live on my feed. A huge thank you to all of you for always standing by me and keeping your faith in my content! Let's keep making the system better together.
