The Frames TV and Film Production had the proud privilege of representing our country in collaboration with the Sri Lanka Tourism Promotion Bureau at the Cannes Film Festival, Marché du Film .Our dedicated booth showcased the the benefits that Sri Lankan can showcase to the global film industry .

I was truly really happy to be participate to the prestigious Cannes Classics 4K restoration screening of Gehenu Lamai the timeless masterpiece by the late Sumitra Peries. I stood alongside the film's lead actress Vasanthi Chaturani, lead actor Ajith Jinadasa, and restoration leaders during this significant screening under the Cannes Classics section. This event not only celebrated the enduring legacy of Sri Lankan cinema but also underscored the collaborative efforts in preserving and showcasing our cultural heritage on an international platform.
