A Difficult but Necessary Farewell 🐾💛
After lunch today, Bhikkhu Pannakara spoke gently with Aloka, explaining that he must stay at the rehab center for a while to focus on his recovery.

While Aloka didn't seem very happy about staying behind—he always wants to be right there leading the way—we know this is what is best for his health and long-term healing. It is hard for him to be away from the journey, but this time of rest is essential so he can return to us stronger than ever.

We are sending him so much love as he starts his rehabilitation. We know he is in good hands and will be back to guard the venerable monks soon!
