அணி இன்று நடைபெற்ற Chairman’s Trophy சுற்றுப்போட்டியில் சிறப்பான ஆட்டத்தை வெளிப்படுத்தி Moratuwa Maha Vidyalaya அணியை 45 – 17 என்ற கணக்கில் தோற்கடித்து வலுவான வெற்றியைப் பதிவு செய்துள்ளது.

ஆட்டத்தின் ஆரம்பத்திலிருந்தே தன்னம்பிக்கை மற்றும் ஒற்றுமையுடன் விளையாடிய மதீனா வீரர்கள், தாக்குதலும் பாதுகாப்பும் சிறப்பாக ஒருங்கிணைத்து போட்டியின் முழு நேரத்திலும் முன்னிலை பெற்றனர். அணியின் வீரர்கள் காட்டிய அர்ப்பணிப்பு மற்றும் ஒழுங்கான அணித்துணிவு இந்த வெற்றிக்கு முக்கிய காரணமாக அமைந்தது.

இந்த வெற்றிக்கு பின்னால் விடா முயற்சியாக ஆக உழைத்த பயிற்றுவிப்பாளர்கள், ஆசிரியர்கள் மற்றும் அணிக்கு ஆதரவளித்த அனைவருக்கும் பாடசாலை சமூகத்தின் சார்பில் மனமார்ந்த பாராட்டுகள் தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறோம்.

Dialog Schools Under-19 Knockout Rugby Tournament 2026 – Chairman’s Trophy
Madina National School produced an outstanding performance to defeat Moratuwa Maha Vidyalaya 45 – 17 in their Chairman’s Trophy encounter of the Dialog Schools U19 Knockout Rugby Tournament.

From the opening whistle, the Madina outfit displayed excellent teamwork, determination and discipline, maintaining control of the game with a strong attacking display while defending confidently throughout the match.

This impressive victory reflects the dedication and commitment of the players, together with the guidance and hard work of the coaching staff.
Congratulations to the Madina Rugby Team and everyone who continues to support the growth of rugby at our school. We wish the team continued success in the tournament.
