"සුමගුල් අභිරූ '25" was held on 16th of July 2025. It was organized by the Drama Society of Sri Sumangala College, Kandy.

නූතන සුමගුල් තෙස්පියානුවන්ගේ සංක්‍රමණයේ සිදුවූ "සුමගුල් අභිරූ” නාට්‍ය උලෙළ උත්කර්ෂවත් අන්දමින් රංග ගත කෙරුනි. ආදරණීය සුමගුල් නළු දරුවනේ ඔබගේ අභිරූ නාට්‍ය දිනය සුමගුල් ඉතිහාසයේ ලියවෙන්නේ එය පළමු වරට සුමංගල විද්‍යාලයේ පැවැත්වීම සනිටුහන් කරමින්ය. මේ භාග්‍ය උදාකරගත් ප්‍රථම නළු පිරිස ඔබ වන අතර ,ඔබ ගැන සුමගුල් ඉතිහාසය තුළ මහත් අභිමානයෙන් ලියවෙනු ඇත. ඉතින් මේ සඳහා දායකත්වය දැක්වූ ආදරණීය අපගේ නළු සුමගුල් දරුවනේ ඔබගේ අනාගතය තවත් බැබලේවා !!!"

මහනුවර ශ්‍රී සුමංගල විද්‍යාලයීය 4වන ශිෂ්‍ය පාර්ලිමේන්තු මැතිවරණය 2025 ජූලි මස 15 වන දින විද්‍යාලයීය ප්‍රධාන ශාලාවේදී ඡන්ද මධ්‍යස්ථාන 4කදී පැවත්විණ.

මැතිවරණ කොමසාරිස් ලෙස ශිෂ්‍ය පාර්ලිමේන්තු මහලේකම් විද්‍යාලයේ ගරු විදුහල්පති R.M. දේශප්‍රිය රත්නායක මැතිඳුන්ගේ අධීක්ෂණයෙන් හා ශිෂ්‍ය පාර්ලිමේන්තු නියෝජ්‍ය මහලේකම්, විද්‍යාලයේ සහකාර විදුහල්පතිනී රංජනී ජයසේකර මහත්මියගේ ප්‍රධානත්වයෙන් සමාජයීය විද්‍යා ගුරු මහත්ම මහත්මීන් හා විද්‍යාලයේ සියලුම ගුරු මහත්ම මහත්මීන්ගේ සහාය මත ක්‍රියාත්මක විය.

මෙවර ශිෂ්‍ය පාර්ලිමේන්තු මැතිවරණය සඳහා අපේක්ෂකයන් 153 කට අධික ප්‍රමාණයක් තරඟ වැදුණු අතර ඉන් 100 දෙනෙකු ශිෂ්‍ය පාර්ලිමේන්තුව සඳහා ඡන්දයෙන් තේරී පත්විය. මෙහිදී සැබෑ ඡන්දපොල අත්දැකීම හා ඡන්දයක සමස්ත ක්‍රියාවලියේ ම අත්දැකීම් විඳගැනීමට සියළුම දරුවන්ට හැකිවීම සුවිශේෂී කරුණක් වූ අතර මැතිවරණ කටයුතු ඉතා සාර්ථකව, සාමකාමී අයුරින් පැවැත්විය.
