වප් පුන් පොහෝ දිනය අසිරිමත් බෞද්ධාගමික සිදුවීම් රැසක් සිදුවුනු වැදගත් පොහෝ දිනයකි. මහා පවාරණය, දේවාවරෝහණය, සාරිපුත්ත තෙරණුවෝ ප්‍රඥාවෙන් අගතැන් ලැබීම, මෛත්‍රී බෝධිසත්වයන් ගෞතම සම්බුදු සසුනේ පැවිදි බව ලැබීම, ථූපාරාම සෑ මළුවේ විනය සංගායනාව සිදුකිරීම, ජය ශ්‍රී මහා බෝධීන් වහන්සේගේ දක්ෂිණ ශාඛාව රන් කටාරමෙහි පිහිටීම ආදී අසිරිමත් ශාසනික සංසිද්ධීන් සිදුවූයේ වප් පුන් පොහෝ දිනයන්හි දී ය.
