අලුත්ම වංචාව අහුවෙන්න එපා, මට උන ඇත්ත සිද්දියක්, දිනය 29/12/2023.

මම ගෙදර නැති වෙලාවක ලෑන්ඩ් ෆෝන් එක කෝල් එකක් ඇවිලල . ඒ පැත්තෙන් කිවුවේ මම අහවල් ASP කතා කරන්නේ , ඔයාගේ දුරකථනය සම්භන්දව නඩුවක් තියෙවන වහාම සවස 12.45 හෝමාගම උසාවියට යන්න කියල , එත් එක්කම වෙන ASP කෙනෙක්ගේ ෆෝන් නම්බර් එකක් දීල වැඩිදුර විස්තර අහන්න කියල .

මේක අහපු ගමන් මට දෙලොව රත් උනා , කකුල් දෙක පන නැතුව ගියා මේ මොකක්ක්ද මේ වෙන්න යන්නේ කියල , පොඩ්ඩක් වාඩිවෙලා ඉඳල මම දන්නා ටෙලිකොම් එකේ අයිය කෙනෙකුට කතා කරලා විස්තරේ කිවුව , එයා කිව බිල් ගෙවල තියෙනවා නම් මොන නඩුද කියල. ඊට පස්සේ මම කෝකටත් කියල මත්තේගොඩ පොලිසියට ගිහින් විස්තරේ කිවුවම. එතැන් ඉන්න නිලධාරීන් මට කිවුව ඔය කියන නම් වලින් ASP කෙනක් මේ ඩිවිෂන් එකේ නෑ , කෝකටත් වෙන ඉහල නිලධාරියෙකුට කියමු කියල.

එතනට ගියාම ඒ උසස් නිලධාරී තුමා මට කිවුව එහෙම දෙයක් තියෙනවනම් අපි දන්නව ඕක බොරුවක්. මිනිස්සු බය කරලා සල්ලි කඩා ගන්න වැඩක් කියල.
එතන ඉදන්ම මිනිහ දීපු න ම්බර් එකට කොල් කරලා අපි වැඩි විස්තර ඇහුවම මල පැනල .. අපිට කුනු හර්පෙන් බැනල ෆෝන් එක තිබ්බ.

වෙලාවට මම පොලිසිට ගිහන් කිවුවේ නැත්නම් මගෙන් ගාන කඩාගන්නවා . මේ වගේ තවත් ක්‍රම තියෙනවලු ගෙවල් වල ඉන්න උදවිය බය කරලා සල්ලි ගරන වැඩ. මේ වගේ කෝල් අවොත් දෙපාරක් හිතන්න , දන්නා කියන යටකතා කරලා අදහසක් ගන්න. එක්කෝ පොලිසියට යන්න .
