7 Incredible Years - From Garage to Greatness…!

Literally starting as a garage setup 7 years ago, today, Third Shift proudly stands as the Campaign Asia Agency of the Year – Rest of South Asia, honoured at the Campaign Asia Awards in Mumbai last week!

This year has been nothing short of extraordinary. Mid-year, we were honoured as the Best Media Agency of the Year at the 4As Sri Lanka Advertising Festival locally. And now, we close 2024 on a high note with this international accolade.

This 7-year journey feels like a miracle, but it’s rooted in the strength of our incredible team, the trust of our clients, the camaraderie of our creative and digital agency friends, and the inspiring healthy competition from peer media agencies who continuously challenge us to push the bar a notch higher

How to Slay Dragons = Passion + Homies + Partners in Crime

This might be the last post on the recent awards haul. This year, we celebrated big wins - not only at the Digis Awards but also at Dragons of Asia and Dragons of Sri Lanka with Shift Integrated and Shift Solutions. While the numbers count, what truly matters is the impact we make for our esteemed clients and our contribution to uplifting the industry. Congratulations to everyone who won, big or small, and heartfelt thank you to our trusted clients and to the organizers of these prestigious award shows.

The faculty celebrated 75 years of unwavering dedication to the Agriculture Sector, and the event served as a heartfelt tribute to the partners who have been an integral part of this remarkable journey.

We are not a gender balanced organisation at the moment as members . However, we do have this wonder women who bring a balance to the team by playing multiple roles not only as a reliable media manager, but also a beautiful human being who keeps all of us connected. She is the big sister in the team, who makes sure everything in office is in order. Sometimes she is the caring mother, who would be there to support in our little headaches, or even make sure we see a doctor when she knows we do need to do so. Her care to the team does not limit to the team members, and sometimes extended even to our families. She is indeed a good friend whom you could count on and a shoulder to lean on whenever you need.

Daily dose of gossip that she brings to the room will always bring in laughs that sets the mood to face the daily tasks with ease. Whenever there is good food or good fun you think of Buddeni Kiriella would always be in our top of mind.

Buddeni you are a “Wonder Women” indeed. Every day is a celebration when we are surrounded by people like you. We are proud to have you, the super women in our team Third Shift Media. Three cheers to all the ladies and team Third Shift.
