Director Ranga Rajapaksa, who exposed the Treasury fraud, dies mysteriously:
🚫Director of the Department of Foreign Resources, Ranga Rajapaksa, who first exposed the massive financial fraud of $2.5 million in the Treasury and officially complained to the Criminal Investigation Department (CID), has died mysteriously a few moments ago.
🚫Police investigations have already begun to determine whether this death was due to a sudden heart attack, su***de or some other external influence, and with this news that shocked the entire country, the Treasury fraud has heated up again.
🚫The most suspicious and unfortunate aspect of this incident is that the officer who first approached the Criminal Investigation Department about the theft of government funds, Mr. Ranga Rajapaksa, had been banned by the authorities because he was also responsible for this fraud. This is because the Department of Foreign Resources, where he worked, was the main party responsible for this fraud.
🚫The passing of a top official who had important evidence and information about the "security holes" in the state financial system and the cyber conspiracy to change bank accounts raises reasonable doubts as to whether this is an attempt to delay further investigations. We should be curious as to whether a culture of silencing witnesses is once again rearing its head in this country to protect the real "digital rats" involved in the fraud and the political cronies who supported them. We feel that the government should pay close attention to this.
🚫It is the responsibility of the government and security forces to not limit the investigations into this mysterious death to a mere post-mortem examination, but to immediately proceed to a thorough investigation. Keeping the evidence given by Mr. Ranga Rajapaksa to the CID and the confidential files in his possession safe will be extremely crucial in revealing the root cause of this large-scale robbery.
🚫We strongly emphasize that the truth should not be allowed to be buried with the death of an officer who stood for justice.
