Sri Lanka has been severely affected by devastating floods and landslides caused by a powerful storm. Over 400 lives have been lost, hundreds are still missing, and countless families have lost their homes. Roads, bridges, and railways have been badly damaged, leaving many areas inaccessible. People urgently need food, clothing, shelter, and basic supplies.
Several countries have already sent aid, but much more help is still needed. The Sri Lankan government has launched an official donation website for transparent support from around the world:
