🚫 Say No to Drugs, Choose a Healthy Future! 🌱

A Drug Prevention Awareness Programme was held on 6th August 2026 at our school for students of Grades 8, 9, 10 and 11.

The programme focused on raising awareness about the harmful effects of drugs and encouraging students to make healthy and responsible choices.

Let’s say NO to drugs and YES to life! 💙✨

මත්ද්‍රව්‍ය නිවාරණය පිළිබඳව දරුවන් දැනුවත් කිරීමේ විශේෂ වැඩසටහනක් 2026.08.06 වන දින අප විද්‍යාලයේදී පැවැත්විණි.

මෙම වැඩසටහන සඳහා 8, 9, 10 සහ 11 ශ්‍රේණිවල දූ දරුවන් සහභාගී වූ අතර, මත්ද්‍රව්‍ය භාවිතයෙන් ඇතිවිය හැකි අහිතකර බලපෑම්, එයින් ආරක්ෂා වීම සහ යහපත් ජීවන රටාවක් පවත්වාගෙන යාමේ වැදගත්කම පිළිබඳව දරුවන් දැනුවත් කරන ලදී.

🏏 Supporting the Future of Our Cricket Team! 🏏

Several essential cricket training kits required for the training sessions of our school cricket team were donated today by the School Old Boys’ Association to the School Management Committee.

The occasion was attended by Mrs. Shirani Wijethunga, Principal of the College, and Mrs. Pramila Chathurani, Assistant Principal, representing the School Management Committee. Mr. Rajitha Weerasinghe, the school’s Head Cricket Coach, was also present.

Representing the School Old Boys’ Association, Mr. Lalith Hewage, Executive President, and Mr. Samantha Roopathunga, Senior Vice President, participated in this valuable initiative.

We extend our sincere gratitude and appreciation to the School Old Boys’ Association for their generous contribution and continued support towards the development of cricket at our school. 💙❤️🏏

අප විද්‍යාලයේ ක්‍රිකට් කණ්ඩායමේ පුහුණු වීම් සඳහා අත්‍යවශ්‍යව තිබු පුහුණු කට්ටළ කිහිපයක් අද දින පාසල් ආදි ශිෂ්‍ය සංගමය විසින් පාසල් කළමනාකරණ කමිටුව වෙත පිරිනමන ලදි.

මෙම අවස්ථාවට පාසල් කළමනාකරන කමිටුව නියෝජනය කරමින් විද්‍යාලයීය විදුහල්පතිනි ශිරානි විජේතුංග මහත්මිය, සහකාර විදුහල්පතිනි ප්‍රමිලා චතුරාණි මහත්මියද සහභාගි වු අතර පාසල් ප්‍රධාන ක්‍රිකට් පුහුණු කරු වන රජිත වීරසිංහ මහතාද සහභාගි විය.

පාසල් ප්‍රධාන ආදි ශිෂ්‍ය සංගමය නියෝජනය කරමින් විධායක සභාපති ලලිත් හේවගෙ, ජේෂ්ඨ උප සභාපති සමන්ත රූපතුංග යන මහත්වරුන්ද මෙම අවස්ථාවට සහභාගි විය.
