The group presentations, led by Rev. Luther Tarpeh, showcased the collective efforts of participants in addressing pressing issues affecting their communities. The groups presented on various topics, including:
- Shifting to solution-oriented thinking: Identify problems as opportunities, take ownership, focus on solutions, collaborate with others, and start small.
- Changing the Liberian mindset: Promote education, critical thinking, and entrepreneurship. Encourage a culture of innovation, accountability, and collective responsibility.
- Youth role in national development: Youth bring energy, creativity, and fresh perspectives, driving innovation, social change, and economic growth.
- Addressing corruption; Implement transparent systems, strengthen institutions, and promote accountability.
- Engaging government constructively: Use social media, peaceful protests, and dialogue to build relationships and provide constructive feedback.
The day concluded with an inspiring session on "Mentorship" by Mrs. Christine A. Tarpeh, emphasizing the importance of guidance, support, and relationship-building in personal and professional growth.
